We often speak of healing the soul and renewing the spirit — but we forget the body.
When you walk through heartache, depression, or prolonged suffering, your body remembers every moment of it. It remembers the days you couldn’t rise from bed, the hours lost in front of a screen, the stillness that settled into your joints and your muscles like a tenant that never paid rent. It remembers the food you used to bury the pain. The body carries what the heart endured, and if we never address it, that weight becomes stiffness, imbalance, and limitation.
This is why the 33/66 Movement was born.
This program was designed for the forgotten ones — the elderly who can no longer manage conventional exercise, the secretary who has sat in the same chair at the same desk in the same posture for twenty years, the person who has never exercised a day in their life and doesn’t know where to begin. Nearly every movement in this program can be done from your bed when you first wake, from a standing position, or from a chair. No gym. No equipment. No pain required.
The principle is simple: if an exercise causes pain, reduce the movement until it doesn’t — or skip it entirely. This is not a program to build muscle. It is a program to reintroduce your body to itself — to restore the basic range of motion, flexibility, and balance that suffering, age, and stillness have quietly stolen.
The name carries its own theology. Jesus walked this earth for 33 years. The program is built on two sets of 33 exercises — 66 in total, one for every book of the Bible. Together, they take approximately 30 minutes once learned. The first 33 can be completed in the morning; the second 33 that evening, or the following day. There is no rush. There is only faithfulness.
The theology woven into each exercise is not decoration. It is load-bearing. There is a profound difference between hearing “The LORD is near to the brokenhearted” proclaimed from a pulpit and holding yourself in your own arms while those words settle into your body. One reaches the mind. The other reaches the place where the pain actually lives. That is what this program was designed to do — meet you there.
No one is too old. No one is too fragile. No one is too far gone.
Six months of gentle, consistent movement — breathing deeply, chest open, one small motion at a time — and you will not recognize what you feel like compared to today.

When we feel we cannot do one more repetition, one more movement, whisper again: “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.”
Let these exercises build not just physical strength, but spiritual endurance. May our bodies become living testimonies of Your faithfulness—proof that You restore what was broken, that You resurrect what was dead, that You make all things new.

We know our limits, Lord. We have tested them. We have pushed against them. And now we are ready to transcend them—not in our own power, but in Yours. As we push our bodies to new intensities, as we challenge every muscle, every joint, every system—remind us that it is Your Spirit empowering every movement.
When our muscles burn, when our lungs scream, when our bodies beg us to stop—whisper again: My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness. Press on.
Let this program forge us into vessels worthy of Your purpose—physically capable, spiritually grounded, mentally resilient. May our bodies become testimonies of Your resurrection power—proof that what was dead can rise, what was weak can become strong, what was broken can be made whole.
